A soundbath is a deeply restorative experience in which you rest comfortably while therapeutic tones from crystal singing bowls and other instruments are played. The sound helps calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support the body's natural healing processes. No movement is required – simply rest and receive.

Is this a large yoga studio?

No. The Sanctuary is small, private studio designed for an intimate and supportive experience. Sessions are offered privately or in very small groups of no more than five participants.

Do I need prior yoga experience?

No experience is required. Sessions are personalized and accessible to all bodies, whether you are new to yoga or returning after time away.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is required. All mats, blankets, bolsters, and supports are provided within the Sanctuary. Please arrive dressed comfortably in warm, soft layers, and bring socks asx the body naturally cools during restorative work. You may simply arrive as you are.

Where do I park?

Accepted Answer

Parking is limited on this residential street, so please allow a few extra minutes to arrive and settle in. Guests may park parallel alongside the driveway, which is reserved for session parking, or along the street where space is available. If the immediate area is full, additional parking is typically available a short distance down the street. Detailed arrival guidance will be provided prior to your session to ensure a smooth and unhurried transiton into the Sanctuary.

Can I arrive early or stay afterward?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are welcome to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and, when appropriate, remain briefly afterward. Restore herbal tea from the homestead is offered, and guests are welcome to quietly transition in the surrounding Certified Wildlife Habitat® before or after their session. A small selection of Beauty by Moore preparations and other Sanctuary offerings will also be available to explore.

Can I request a private Yoga or Soundbath Session at my home or location?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You may book a private session at your home or location. An additional $50 travel fee applies for local sessions, and $100 for locations approximately one hour away. Please text after booking ot confirm your address and travel fee.

Can I pre-order nourishment for pickup when I come for my session?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You may pre-order bone bone broth, fresh pressed juice, herbal tea blends, smoothies, and other small-batch offerings through the Nourishment section of the website. Your items will be prepared and ready for you to take with you following your session.
